E-tickets for UK trains are valid for either a single or a return journey and can be retrieved at a local ticket collection machine using the confirmation code (PNR) from your order.

Pre-booking time:

    3 months.

Features:

  • TICKET on DEPARTURE & RESERVATION: select between Advance, Anytime or Off-Peak fares.
  • Anytime: Tickets are fully flexible with no time restrictions so you can travel on any train even at peak times. 
  • Advance: Tickets are available in limited numbers and offer lower prices the earlier you book. Travel must be made on the date, time and train specified on the ticket.
  • Off Peak: Tickets are valid on any off-peak train on the date shown on the ticket. Peak hours vary for each train operator but are usually before 9:30 and between 16:00 and 19:00.
  • Seat reservation included.
  • Reservation guarantee space on a particular service, but not always a specific seat assignment.
  • You can retrieve your actual ticket at a station’s ticket collection machine using the confirmation code (PNR) from your order.
  • Group rates for groups of 10 or more available upon request.
  • In the unlikely event that a customer has any issues collecting their tickets at a local ticket collection machine, they should contact the station staff whose responsibility it is to make sure they can travel.
  • UK Train E-tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Validity:A point-to-point ticket is valid for a single rail journey from one destination in Great Britain to another along a specific route. Discounts:Child Discount
Up to 50% discount for children.
Eligibility for child fares may vary from one provider to the next.Conditions of use: REFUNDS:
UK Train tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Some e-tickets may have additional restrictions such as being limited to trains from a specific operator. 

FEES AND CHARGES:
Reservation fees guarantee space on a particular service, but not always a specific seat assignment.

LOST TICKETS:
BritRail is not responsible for passes, tickets or vouchers, which are lost, stolen, mutilated or destroyed.
